Is there ketchup in Big Mac Sauce?

No. A lot of people think Mcdonald’s uses ketchup in their Big Mac Sauce, but it is actually the paprika mixed with yellow mustard that gives it the light orange coloring. For a similar sauce using ketchup you have to check out my Burger Sauce.

Can I make relish at home for this Big Mac Sauce?

Yes. If you don’t have any relish on hand you can use pickles you have on hand and chop them finely. To make a sweet pickle relish add in a small spoonful of sugar until you reach your desired taste.
