How to Make Fried Pickle Dip
Step 1: In a medium to large pan over medium heat, melt the 2 Tablespoons of butter. Once the butter has melted add in the panko breadcrumbs and cook until they are toasted and a beautiful golden brown. Then set aside.

Step 2: In a large bowl add in the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Then using an electric hand mixer, mix until the consistency is smooth. About 5 minutes.

Step 3: Pat the chopped pickles dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.

Step 4: Gently fold in the pickles, fresh dill and ⅔ of the toasted panko breadcrumbs.

Step 5: Place into a serving bowl and garnish with remaining breadcrumbs, pickles and fresh dill and enjoy!

FAQs
If you are wanting to add in more flavors to this dish then I recommend adding a teaspoon of lemon juice for some zest, or topping it with fresh chives.
Of course! You can make it the day before and store it in your fridge. However I would wait to add the topping of the toasted breadcrumbs until right before serving to keep the crispness and presentation of the dip.
Storage Information
You can store this fried pickle dip in an airtight container in your refrigerator for 3-4 days. With the significant number of dairy products in this dip, I do not recommend freezing this recipe.

I love fried pickles, but don’t love the calories. This dip has the taste without the deep fried batter. Win!
