How to Make Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat together the cake mix, oil and large eggs. Note the batter will have a gummy texture to it.

Step 3: Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the strawberry cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheet and top with white chocolate chips and heart sprinkles on top of the cookie dough balls if so desired.

Step 4: Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the tops have cracked.

Step 5: Finally, serve and enjoy!
