Expert Tip

Slicing the Yogurt Bars: To perfectly cut your yogurt bars, take a knife and make lines in your frozen yogurt where you want them. Once you have completed this go back over them with the knife to cut them and they will come out clean every time.

FAQs

What other yogurts can I use for my frozen yogurt bars?

You can use any yogurt you prefer for these frozen yogurt bars it does not have to be a full fat yogurt. Others I would recommend would be plain Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, dairy-free yogurts depending on diet, or even a yogurt mixture.

How can I add more flavor into my plain yogurt?

If you are wanting to add flavor into the yogurt I would recommend adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract, maple syrup, honey, almond butter, or even lemon zest for a citrusy twist.

Storage Information

You can store leftovers of these yogurt bars in an airtight container in your freezer for up to 2 weeks. I would recommend putting parchment paper or wax paper in between layers to help the bars not stick to each other.
